The revenue model does not make sense. The benefits vary by chain and location. If status is earned at one brand, chances are that is where the
client will stay in the future. If you travel to Moline--no Conrad s0 should you be punished???
Expense accounts and their users may be out of touch with the real world.
Diamond has limited use at most brands.
