Luke01, please continue to post. Don't have any experience with BWI and there is nothing currently in the Wiki, but your suspicions are likely to be correct about your surface sector. It may be possible, but I've never had a POUG offer with an open jaw booking, even on routes where I get them regularly on straight singles or returns. Connecting flights and open jaws tend to severely reduce the likelihood of an offer.
