Yeah I think that you won't get the level of detail that you are hoping for. The only thing I can think of is Boeing has appeared in Supply Chain industry publications about their just in time supply chain approach. That might give you a few kernels, but not the whole picture. You can also find some information on how that supply chain struggled when a train derailed with some 737 fuselages were damaged.
