What to do with a separately purchased (with 10k extra SM) C+ award for a general member companion, which seemed the only way to get them into C+ awhile ago?
a) Ask for the 10k miles to be refunded to my account, then put the companion on UG list? or, if easier
b) Reissue both tix on one PNR at original pricing?
