My problem with the Hartmann rollaboard is that the little strap thing for holding the computer bag falls out if there is no load on it. As a result, the strap gets lost too easily. I am tired of buying replacements, especially since most luggage stores tell you to "contact the factory."

I want to love Briggs&Riley but they use rivets instead of bolts to hold the suitcase together, meaning that if it breaks on a trip (the strength of the warranty really doesn't help a heck of a lot if you are in Tokyo), the darn thing is much more difficult to get an emergency repair on.
