I kept getting that "code entered is incorrect" message as well a few days ago. Just tried again a moment ago and got a new message: "The code entered is a duplicate. Please enter a different code."
Just can't win with Kellogg's, apparently.
I sent Kellogg's an email about this and they credited my account with 500 points! Not bad for what was supposed to be a 100 point code.
