I read the "consultas aduaneras" solve questions about temporary admisions.
I called the call center 0-801-12-100 or (01) 315-0730 but I wait too much and gave up, I always have given up when call them. Going to a Sunat office is faster than call them. But I've never tried by the web. They don't have a chat, just a form to submit. Hope it helps.
