I've typically had refunds within 24 hrs with one exception. Last summer I did a refund and after a month when it hadn't shown up on the credit card, I called in. It took a lead on the resource desk to find it and move it thru. If course, the largest refund I've ever had. No good explanation as to why it was "lost".
