Just stayed here last weekend. Location is great, right on Thamrin street. Everything else is a disappointment. Small room (could feel a/c blowing at my direction when on bed - don't like that), hardly any facility only a small underequipped gym, breakfast is eh. Feels very much like 3-star Holiday Inn Express or Ibis Styles, not at all 4-star. Staff is nice though (they are too at HIX and IS).

Very far cry from Four Points Bandung with its interesting designs and nice pool, or Four Points Bali Kuta with truly great staff, lovely lagoon pool and very good breakfast.
