Maybe it's just the angle of the photos, but I honestly don't see much difference....your knee looks very close to the seat in front of you which it basically how it seems now in F....did they actually change anything in F or was it only Y that was positively affected by the reconfiguration?
On a side note, the breakfast looks great....it's nice to see a fruit plate without that spicy red powder sprinkled all over
