I have same problem too. But with all SQ flights.
I saw thread here mentioning that agent should be able to do (override to price it as one, instead of per sector)

Tried multiple agents. No one was able to do it.
Several of them claimed system no longer allowed to override anymore for mixed cabin. New rule they said, starting last month.
Not sure how accurate that is.

Anyone has recent experience?
