Article 9 is where it's at. I am allowed 2 cameras, and 2 cellphones, but only one laptop

So the question remains, what do I do if I arrive with two? Pay taxes and then claim them back later in the day when I leave? I am sure there was a solution for this previously, I am just trying to establish what it is
