I am trying to book a one way award ticket on Turkish and United....J seats available on TK but only Economy available on United, called Krisflyer 4 different times and agents were unable to book on same award, was told that because its a mixed cabin award has to be booked separately with more miles....any idea how to help the agents book it without the extra miles, or what to say?
