In my view, yes. It hardly seems equitable to just match SPG Gold to MR Gold. Also, I think the MR upper Elites should receive more than basic SPG Plat.
It seems (at least to me) MAR is making an effort to appease the SPG side, at least for the the first year.
PS - I was fulling expecting a 2:1 conversion, but 3:1 is excellent for MR/RC transfers.
