Trust me I could go on. I realize some of you may think I'm crazy, but seriously. Granola bars have saved me from a stressful, hungry day, or from missing my flight looking for food.

Feel free to substitute trail mix, protein bars, what have you.

And now I'll shut up about granola bars...
I do this. As soon as a hotel tells me breakfast isn't included in my room rate, I switch to eating these instead.
