When booking two AUS-Europe trips in J (one in Aug, one in Sep) I found the J cabin loads to/from CLT to be far higher than any other AA connection point. So it's not surprising that it's a tough upgrade.
well thats a bummer... I saw CLT and thought... can't be to busy of a route.
