No. No particular frame is in a captive rotation for any particular route.
Having said that, what the reentry of 9M-MTN into service does is that it
enables the service of MH139/136 to ADL to begin with the new seats.
MH360/361/388/389 to PEK and PVG respectively have already been operating for the most part with the new seats since the promised introduction date of 7 September.
