Let's say I have my suit in my bag and now it's lost and I need that suit for a wedding this weekend for example. Would that be covered by my delayed bag claim against AC even if it's my return portion?

My thought is that AC delayed expense would cover that... But they'd be thorough in ensuring the reasonableness of the expense.

(Please forego the 'don't pack suit in checked luggage thing- it's just an example).
Simply put, AC doesn't post any rules for like (like a cc company does) so you can talk to them and see what applies in your situation.
