We also have to change airlines, from AA to Air France.
Two ways to do this.
Despite one post above (and that it was done), CARTS are NOT allowed on SkyWay, hence posts about SubWay - but this is outside security.
With a wheelchair you are allowed to stay on SkyWay (look for easy to see signs) so no need to exit security.
Just take an elevetor to platform level.
