Let's see my inbound flight from LGA to dfw was delayed by half and hour. Outound originall was scheduled to leave 6min after scheduled flight now has been delayed for 40 min. Pilot originally says we got a minor delayed then it turns to Mechanics are looking for some screws. .... Were at your HEADQUARTERS you can't find a few screws for your most common aircraft. Still sitting idle Ina half empty plane.

Just got update from the pilot. Another 30 minute delay..... While aa's app slowly updates its progress after the fact every 10minutes

Overall expected delay one hr for what appears to be missing screws

I hope this is the final update. Apparently some screw related to the flap of something that is not part of the structure got stripped or whatver. Legally they can't fly without it fixed but mechanically it is safe to fly per the pilot. ...... They Gona waste probably another 30min to get the part off and I think document it for FAA reasons and fly without whatver. I am no mechanic all I cared about when were leaving than the reasons behind it cuz I don't care what the publisher I just know u guys flew an older 738 for my route...
