Today...arrive LAX one hour late. Sit on tarmac for one hour. Misconnect.

AA really needs to address these problems. Time is money and if I take a short trip, which is often the case, I can't afford these chronic delays..

I read something were a new AA employee placed the blame on the summer weather. Give me a break!

I love AA but I would love to see some accountability here.
