Have just wasted the past 90 minutes on the telephone trying to get my account cancelled, without success. I've given up.
What did I do? What they told me to: I phoned them. Results: "SiriusXM cancellation attempts: 10 Sept 16"
1. Wait in hold queue. 2. First agent takes down all my info in detail, then says he has to transfer call to cancellation dept. 3. Automated answer schedules callback. 4. Then automated callback.
5. Then next agent takes down all my info in detail, then says he has to 6. transfer call to cancellation dept. Wait in queue.
7. Then next agent "Ken" answers (real american!) asks marketing questions. Asks if I'm sure I want to cancel. Asks how I like the service. I tell him I don't use it. Then he hangs up on me.
Rinse and repeat, if you're so inclined.
