Furthermore, I totally agree with his point. It is 'foolish' to not book via those with the best relationships. The travel industry is all about relationships - so why book outside of those who give you the best chance of a great stay?
Totally agree with PriceSquire. You can always bypass travel advisors, but the poster didn't take in account the fact that he can't get the Virtuoso/FSPP/FAN Club/etc. amenities without a Virtuoso/etc. TA.
