It isn't cancelling that is difficult it is signing up! The trial offer expired on my Escape last month, and I'm wanting to get a subscription for it, but I want to get the "All Access Plan" but apparently they don't want to sign me up for anything beyond the "Select" package since my radio isn't "qualified" for it. I heard on the preview station a commercial for the 6 for $50 (the previous plan I was offered, and had for quite some time) and the rep wouldn't give me the package.

Seriously, it shouldn't be this difficult to give people money.
