In 5 years I've had only one from MAN and that was exceptional circumstances because my morning flight was cancelled after the emergency in Dubai last month and I was put on to the lunchtime one. With so many people cancelled I think anyone else with status got oppupped. It probably helped that I sorted my move to the lunchtime flight the night before as soon as it looked like the morning flight was cancelled.
