In terms of ground services you'll get the full business class experience, and the lounge is absolutely fine (probably the best lounge at MAN). Unlike the later EK20, EK18 is showing as business and first, so there's always the outside possibility of an upgrade. EK18 leaves (I think) well after all the morning flights to the US have departed, so the security theatre should a less of a PITA.
