I doubt EWR-LHR stays. Its probably just for familiarization, as is is a relatively short flight. Frequency is important in the NYC-LHR market, and UA couldn't maintain 5x daily with a 77W. I think the only European destination which will see 77W's from EWR in the long run will be FRA. Unless EWR-FRA goes 2x daily, which I think it might. Always a full flight.
LHR will most likely see 77W or A350 service in the long run, but probably from only SFO. Remember, 767's are receiving Polaris seating, and LHR is mostly served by 767's. And all UA business class is being rebranded as Polaris, so Polaris lounge does not mean new Polaris seat.
