Never been to the other two.

I will be back in Tokyo In Sep and gora kadan & ginyu are the hotels I've booked this time.

Few other options nearby:

Asaba - used to be great, new okami (manager) doesn't know a thing about real service and has gotten rubbish. Food still great as of 2014.

Sekiyou - great facility, crap food
