I'll bite....
The hotel is located directly across the street from Sarinah, in a building called Menara Topaz. It is still a mixed use building and I noticed half the floor was being used for the hotel from levels G-17? Levels 2/3/4 seems to be parking, and the ramp going to parking is tight.
No alcohol license yet and the rooms are small, at 22sqm. The aircon was not particularly cold and the sheets were a little on the rough side.
The good thing is, across the road, there are plenty of restaurants and near the Sabang area where there are plenty of food at night. There is also a McD/Burger King/KFC and starbucks. There is an overhead bridge at the vehicle exit of the hotel.
No cabs waiting as they have to be flagged by security from the main road, and for those staying over saturday nights, you cannot go anywhere from 6am to 11am on Sundays by car as the main road is closed for Car Free Day.
Not bad for the price, but rather stay at Keraton
