You are NOT allowed to sit at the chef's table in the kitchen. I found the food to be marginal at Ett Hem: mostly fish soaked in grease and no options. You ate what the chef was cooking and you drank the wine from the bottle that was open. Any other food request was met with 'That could take some time'.

I like the Lydmar, but I'm not out of my disco phase ... And the bar is much, much better at the Lydmar than the Grand.
