I did this once when people gave a great local restaurant 1 star because they went on Monday (the one day each week when it isn't open) without checking the hours first. They didn't even eat there, so how could they write a bad review? The review was promptly removed.
It's not my job to moderate TA's reviews. In your example, it should have never gotten posted. It's not incumbent upon the consumer to do the work for them. That really gets at why TA isn't reliable.
