I definitely don't see shoprunner as a must have feature...I've maybe gotten $20 in value out of it in the entire time that Amex has partnered with them? Plus it doesn't require that you use an Amex card for purchases, so unless you aren't going to hold any Amex cards it doesn't really matter if another bank offers it
