Pequod's is definitely on my list for my next trip to Chicago - can't wait to try that crust!
Had the leftovers today for lunch. I reheated in the oven and the crust was black - but still does not taste burnt. Heavenly. (That said, Malnati's is still my favorite deep dish in Chicago, but this is still very good, but quite a different flavor - sauce v. actual tomatoes.)
