One of the reviews mentions a Gold member not getting a Club floor room and he considered it not Starwood friendly... Lol..

- upon checking the check-in desk people did not want to give me access to the Lounge floor despite my Gold status with Starwood. In most hotel around the world, my gold status gets me access to the lounge floor. the attendant at the check-in refused to get me access. And she did not do it in a nice way...

He was traveling on business as well, wonder what was he complaining about since he's not paying for it lol...
