There's a reverse-- and very pertinent-- (as well as somewhat rhetorical) companion question to that, needless to say.
But at least we're all on the same page now as to what **seems** to have "changed overnight" and with zero notice.
The effect and discussion of same will be best debated after confirmation, IMO.
