Well this is interesting. Time to pop off another email to customer relations. Not that anyone will read it.

So just looking ahead - say we want to book an AA flight to LAX or ORD (for example) and a separate CX or JL PEY ticket onward but can't seem to put it together online, basically we're screwed...? Time to find a bricks and mortar travel agent who could maybe do this? Wow.
