I don't know the odds of getting them in the same week. Friends have recently gotten multiple cards in the same day (Hyatt, IHG) but not waiting between them. The second card didn't auto-approve, though, had to wait it out or call.
The 100k CSR bonus will last at least a little while, it won't disappear immediately. My suggestion would be apply for the Palladium now, then wait a month before applying for the CSR. We should at least get some notice before the 100k bonus disappears.
