Looks like SQ upgraded Joseph and his mother from GRU-BCN, and then from BCN asked the said passenger above (or friend) to downgrade from BCN-SIN sector to J so the Schoolings could remain in their seats. But above woman in video looked like she still has her F seat, is it not?
Its a good thing they didn't have DYKWIA passenger on board.
