Thanks to missy's post, I have been experiencing some of the "finer dining" in Seattle. For what it's worth, here are my observations:

Cafe Campagne - wonderful! Excellent food, wine list was very well thought out with many good choices; service was superb. I would HIGHLY recommend this to anybody who is looking for a good dining experience and not on an expense account. Although Campagne (upstairs) is wonderful; Cafe Campagne is more relaxed and not as stuffy.

Andaluca - excellent food (had the prix fixe dinner last night). The atmosphere is elegant and comfortable (the restaurant is adjacent to the Mayflower Hotel and has FREE valet parking!). The wine list is OK; very pricey for what is offered. The service was at best fair. Was with two other friends, we had spent a bit of $$ for dinner and were catching up/relaxing. There were three other tables occupied by this point. The waiter, came up and said, "I'll have the valet get your cars" The place was 2 hours away from their posted closing time. *rolled eyes*

Yarrow Bay Grill - great view (get a window table), excellent food, good wine list (not great, but you can definitely find a good choice on the list), very good service.
