A subject near and dear to my heart!
Might I add:

For a drink - Marcus - (Pioneer Square)
Etta's (in the market)
Third Floor Fish Cafe (Seafood) - Kirkland
Noodle Ranch - Thai/Vietnamese (Belltown)

COFFEE: Uptown Espresso or Lladro (basically across the street from each other on Lower Queen Anne)

For a drink (especially in the summer) - Pink Door - good Italian food as well (downtown area)
Place Pigalle (in the market)
Cafe Campagne (just as good and lots cheaper than Campagne)
Restaurante Paraidsio (Italian) - Kirkland
Sostanza's (Italian/fresh fish) - Madison Park
Wild Ginger - Thai (downtown)
Thai Ginger - Redmond, Bellevue (low priced, decent Thai)
Le Medusa - fresh/good food - Columbia City
Harvest Vine - wine and tapas - Madison Valley
Ray's Boathouse - seafood (Shilshoe Bay - gorgeous at sunset in the summer!)

Cafe Flora - vegetarian
Cafe - Madison Park
Mediterranean - Adriatica
Southwest - Tex/Mex - Cactus
Pizza - Coyote Creek, Pagliacci, Piecora (for those of you from New York who have a craving)
