Yes, it did inspire me to book some stays (and therefore generate some loyalty) in order to make my points up to something worth redeeming them for. I'll wait a few days and see if they manage to sort out their utterly crap IT. Am I the only one to think that anything to do with the internet is really rubbish, works only part of the time, and is so insecure that even a child of 3 could hack it?
