I have a C business class ticket...called up to ask about change fee for dates and destinations. They quoted some random fee like $63 to make the change plus difference in fare. I get the difference in fare, but where do they come up with these fees? What a random number!
It's probably a nice round number in Chinese currency that becomes "random" when converted to USD.
