Smokey Joe's is the newest offshoot of Darden (olive garden, red lobster) so I can only assume the worst.

Have you tried Smokedaddy on Division (west of ashland, east of Damen). Ribs are OK, chicken is terrible but I remember the pulled pork and brisket to be pretty good. And so are the french fries.

Apparently they have recently changed owners. Hopefully that doesnt have a negative effect on the food.
