What do you mean non-rib...are you asking about pulled pork and the like, or something else?

I'm pretty much a "rib man" myself...get 'em wherever I go! I'm a BBQ fanatic, and will always try for Hot Wing places as well when I travel.

Sorry I can't help you on the non-rib side of things. Any place else around the US you travel that you want to know about? I've been to a number of places and can possibly offer some suggestions.
