No question on this one...Robinson's Ribs!!! Thankfully, they bottle their sauce and happen to seel it here in Dubuque, so I can make my own ribs at home. but, nothing compares to a slab at one of their Chicagoland locations!!!

Another good one, if you are around Northwestern (Evanston area) is Hecky's. It's only a takeout joint, but you will NOT be dissapointed.
