I hate to jump in on this useless debate about CSRs, specially that you have been around here for quite sometime and you must have read countless stories about CSR saying something that ended up not true, most of us have..
I don't have nearly as much trust in a lot of the posters ( except the long time posters) as most do. The chances of people telling you they made a mistake as opposed to blaming the CSR is low. I read several posts and I call BS but never respond.
