You won't be able to change your itinerary to include three flights between UK and Middle East, DOH-LHR-DXB-LHR, as this is not allowed on any RTW ticket due to the condition below from section 4 (h):
Europe Middle East 4*
*not more than 2 of which may be between the UK and ALBANIA, ALGERIA, BULGARIA, CROATIA, CYPRUS, GREECE, MIDDLE EAST, MOROCCO, ROMANIA, RUSSIA west of the Urals, TUNISIA, TURKEY, UKRAINE.
This has absolutely nothing to do with Africa.
