My opinion: book seats in the Premium Plus section of the Y cabin (the first few rows) and you'll be fine, especially if you're an even number of travellers and can snag the paired seats along the sides of the cabin. It's perfectly comfortable for the type of flight. I wouldn't recommend buying up to Premium Rouge (the premium economy cabin at the front of the aircraft) unless the price difference is quite small; the additional comfort / amenities are just not worth it IMO.
I flew YYZ-PRG on the 767, 4 Y seats as part of Mini-RTW, it was fine (I commented in earlier replies).
You can download Android/PC apps onboard wi-fi to use the IFE system.
Food is AC-food, served on a tray, breakfast is simple (banana bread+water/juice?)
