Simple answer is - - - Heck yeah!
The last coupl'a years, since becoming DM (in the 2nd year it was offered), UGs have been pretty decent - maybe 90%, but, back in the days before GUCs existed, I had RARELY flown in F/J! (domerstic F now n' then) Now, with GUCs . . . . Once you've been bitten by the TATL/TPAC "J Flat Bed bug", I can't imagine going back!
I'm also less frugal with redeeming miles for int'l J travel, since I hava HUGE account balance built up!
