Monday it's white meat, Tuesday it's braised meats, Wednesday it's boiled meats. Only Thurs-Sun do they prepare fresh seafood, so far as I can tell.

PS - Are there not farms on a number of the islands surrounding the lagoon or are those mostly produce?
